First Central Parking group management team is led by Mr Halmi Jasmin age 56. He is also currently the majority shareholder and Director of First Central Parking. Mr Halmi graduated in 1987 and hold bachelor degree in Business Administration majoring in Computer Information System from West Texas State University USA.

Prior to his business venture under First Central Parking, he has served a prominent state agency in southern part of Malaysia as Corporate Planning Executive from 1988 until 1991. Then he joined one of the largest parking operator in Malaysia in 1991 from the incorporation stage until the company expand its business to overseas. Mr Halmi left the company in 2011 and his last position was the Group Managing Director. From 1991 to 2011, Mr Halmi had been appointed as Director for several companies including one listed company in 2008-2011. Mr Halmi’s achievement and success in his career has also attracted several recognitions from government and business community. Some of the notable recognitions Mr Halmi has received include ‘Malaysia’s Top 200 Bumiputera CEO 2005’ by Berita Publishing, ‘Outstanding Entrepreneur 2008’ by the Enterprise Asia, ‘Corporate Leader of the Year 2009’ by SMI & SME Worldwide Network, ‘1Malaysia Entrepreneur Award 2010’ by Biro Ekonomi Pemuda UMNO Malaysia and ‘Outstanding & Exemplary Achievements in Entrepreneurships 2011’ by the Enterprise Asia.

It is Mr Halmi’s intention to turn First Central Parking as a major player in parking industry especially in Asia region. With his 25 years experience in parking industry, he will ensure First Central Parking team will provide the best parking solution to suit with customers need regardless their geographic location, country and cultural background.
